customer service. We will work to impress you, our customer, with prompt and quality service in a pleasant and friendly manner. We realize that if you have a problem with your safe, you need help immediately - that's why we offer live 24-hour service, 7 days a week.
Our primary concern in customer service is helping you get into your safe as quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively as possible. We will always work with you over the phone to try to troubleshoot your problem before moving to more drastic measures, such as sending a technician to work on the safe. The majority of service calls are solved within minutes, over the phone.
If all else fails and we have
to send a technician to service your safe, we will always take your needs into consideration. If you need emergency or weekend service, we will happily provide you with those services; if, however, we can save you some money by sending someone the next business day, we will also make you aware of that option.
