We are unable to accept payments by cash or cheque for online transactions.

Best Collections accepts the following credit cards:

Visa      MasterCard      American Express

The purchase price for each product ordered is the one that appears alongside that product on the web site, in Canadian dollars.

The cost of delivery and all applicable sales taxes are over and above the product price (except where it is indicated that delivery is included)

Best Collections reserves the right to change the price of any product offered on the Web site at any time and without prior notice.

3.  Delivery Charges

All prices indicated below are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Best Collections will deliver orders to the address provided by the customer upon ordering. The cost and speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the mode of delivery, and/or product availability. Delivery time is calculated as of the product's date of departure from Best Collections offices.

4.  Product Delivery

Product delivery is subject to the corporate policies governing the delivery companies used by Best Collections, which presently include Canada Post within Canada; as well as to the corporate policies governing other delivery companies used by Best Collections from time to time. Delivery will also be subject to policies concerning the signature of waybills. If you are absent from the delivery location provided to Best Collections, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from any of the above-mentioned companies in accordance with said company's policies. No delivery shall be made to a post office box.

The delivery will be made as soon as possible by Best Collections upon approval of your order using the mode of delivery selected on the website. The cost and speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the mode of delivery, as well as product availability. The delivery time is calculated as of the product's date of departure from Best Collections offices.

5.  Returns and Exchanges

You may return any Best Collections product at any time up until the 30th day after receipt of the said product on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective).

Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number. Subject to the above, you need not provide any justification to Best Collections nor pay any penalty.

You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless Best Collections failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Best Collections will assume the costs and risks related to transportation, provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.

6.  Promotions

From time to time, Best Collections uses promotional codes to offer customers discounts or special offers. These promotional codes must be entered in the Promotional code box at Step 4 of the check-out process.

The codes may be sent out by e-mail or published in magazines as part of an ad or joint offer.
