A client can hire our workers using one of our three systems, based on the position available:
Applicants are hired as a direct employee for the client. Client handles the payroll and benefits for the applicant. Client is charged a flat flee for the referred and hired applicant.
Temp to Permanent Hire
Applicants are hired for a certain number of hours to work for the client; payroll and benefits are handled by us. After the applicant has fulfilled the contracted hours, the client has the option to hire the applicant as their employee at no additional cost.
Applicants are hired for a contracted period of time. (This is our most utilized option).
As our client we expect you to help us as much as you possibly can, in regards to worker safety, rules and regulations. It is important that you keep an open line of communication with our small staff. If you are unhappy, it is your responsibility to enlighten us!
Global Horizons Canada, Inc. believes in teamwork. You, as the client act as the coach, while we work hard as captain to make sure the workers are performing well. It is also your responsibly to provide a clean and safe working environment, inspected and certified by proper governmental authorities. This will protect everyone including you, the client, the worker, and our company.
In addition, you are responsible for complying with the outlined statements within the contract and/or agreement, written and/or verbally agreed upon. The obligation includes invoice recognition, payment and items described within the contract.
Global Horizons Canada, Inc. works hard to make sure that you have the labour you need. As the employer, we will make sure that your hiring process is smooth and hassle-free.
We will provide you with everything you need including worker's compensation and payroll services. In addition, we hire our own recruiting agent, on-site managers and supervisors. Our staff will make sure that you have reliable, ready to work employees each day. As the employer, we handle all paperwork and any legality issues that may arise, including unemployment and worker's compensation cases.
Global Horizons Canada, Inc, will be responsible for the hiring, training, promoting and any disciplinary actions, if necessary, of our employees. We keep very good records, in an effort to protect the client, our employees, and our company.
