Canada Paper Export – Product / Wood products / OSB

Process technologies and equipment are continually monitored to assure consistent quality, whether it's for commodity sheathing or specialty products. OSB is an engineered panel board composed of layers of thin rectangular-shaped wood strands, which are “oriented” at right angles to each other. Product ingredients such as fiber and adhesives are carefully selected and calibrated to provide properties that meet precise specifications.

Members of the Council of Forest Industries , under the requirements of the Canadian Standards Association, manufacture Canadian Spruce Plywood, and Douglas Fir Plywood. Softwood plywood is used primarily in residential and commercial construction for sheathing applications in walls, roofs and floors. Factory-machined tongue and groove profiles are offered for flooring and roofing.

Canada Paper Export – Product / Wood products / MDF

MDF panels are manufactured from a combination of refined softwood fibers and resins, which are pressed into a dense, homogeneous sheet. MDF is engineered to provide properties that are ideal for machining, painting and overlaying. 3 feet and 6 feet in width and from 5 feet to 18 feet in length. Panels are then sanded, sawn and packaged. Thickness ranges from 3mm through 32mm.
