The Natural Movement Centre is focused on training the four components that make up the whole person. Functional exercises, integrated movement patterns and proper form and technique are used to correct postural (muscular) imbalances. This improves joint flexibility and range of motion, increases strength and inner stability and enhances over-all health and well being, creating optimal movement efficiency in all areas of the human body.


Postural Performance Training:
Correcting the muscular imbalances in order to create higher efficiency of movement. Higher efficiency of movement means more work done with less effort.

High Performance Holistic Training:

Integrating the mental, physical, emotional components to create an optimum creative experience.
