The Natural Movement Centre is focused on training the four components that make up the whole person. Functional exercises, integrated movement patterns and proper form and technique are used to correct postural (muscular) imbalances. This improves joint flexibility and range of motion, increases strength and inner stability and enhances over-all health and well being, creating optimal movement efficiency in all areas of the human body.
