RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is an easy way to help save time on the Intertubes.

When you subscribe to an RSS feed on a website, blog or a webpage, every time something new is put on that page you’re alerted.

Let’s get started!

Step 1: Sign up for or download an RSS reader. You need to have a home where you can read the new posts— your RSS reader. Several different online readers are available for free:

Manually adding an RSS feed to Outlook 2007

  1. Copy the URL of the RSS feed.
  2. In the New RSS Feed dialog box, type or press Ctrl+V to paste the URL of the RSS Feed. For example, http://webservices.camosun.bc.ca/cms/ss-rss.xml.

That’s it…you’re all set up to start receiving new posts as soon as we upload them. It’s that simple!
