How does it work?

COMPETITIVE PRICING DATA / FREQUENCY OF UPDATES:

  • Amazon.com: up to 10,000 items / hr
  • Amazon.co.uk: up to 10,000 items / hr
  • Amazon.de: up to 10,000 items / hr
  • Amazon.fr: up to 10,000 items / hr
  • Amazon.ca: up to 10,000 items / hr

The total number of updates over one hour is 10,000. For example, the entire capacity could be applied to Amazon.com pricing retrieval. Alternatively, Amazon.com data could be retrieved at 5,000 items per hour and Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de could be retrieved at 2,500 per hour each.

What does it cost?

There are two distinct fee structures under the Premium Service offering. There is a minimum fee based on Revenue (A) or Minimum Based on Inventory (B). The greater of the two is the fee that will be invoiced. The minimum monthly fee for the Premium Service is $250. Revenues exceeding $20,000 will be subject to the minimum fee of $250 in addition to a 1.0% commission on any amount above the $20,000.

A) Minimum Based on Revenue:

We currently charge 1.0% of revenue above $20,000, exclusive of shipping. Revenue below $20,000 is covered by the minimum monthly fee of $250.

Month 1:
Revenue = $18,000 FillZ Fee = $250
Month 2:
Revenue = $27,000 FillZ Fee = $320
(Min. Fee: $250 based on $20,000 + (0.01 x $7000)) = $320
Month 3:
Revenue = $42,000 FillZ Fee = $470
(Min. Fee: $250 based on $20,000 + (0.01 x $22,000))=$470

Inventory minimum fee: $1 per 1,000 listings

Invoicing

Fees are billed on the 2nd of each month. For new sign ups, FillZ will bill you after your first full calendar month. For example, if you sign up April 15th, fees will start accruing April 15th and you will be billed on June 2nd. In this case, the minimum fee for April would be prorated to $25, and for May the full $50 minimum would apply. This would result in a $75 invoice. If you quit FillZ before May 15th, the $25 fee will be credited to your account.

We have fee limits for low-cost and high-cost items. Any item above $150 will be considered to be $150 for the purpose of calculating fees. The minimum fee per item will be $0.04.
