Aerial Yoga is a fun alternative to your regular workout routine and use a soft fabric trapeze known as a sling. The slings are the same as what aerial artists and performers use. Our Aerial Classes allow participants to experience the excitement and benefits of the aerial arts by the distributing the body weight between aerial slings and the floor for a variety of strength and flexibility building postures! As well, Aerial slings use Gravity to help ease participants into postures with minimal compression through the spine and joints.
Cadence Fitness Aerial Yoga classes work on building long lean muscles with a focus on upper body and core strength. In addition, this class improves body alignment, flexibility, body awareness and coordination. And because this class is so much fun, you do not realize what a FANTASTIC workout you are getting!
Aerial Yoga is for all fitness levels & is suitable for any figure, of any age. No experience needed!Modifications will be offered for different levels of strength and flexibility.! This means you do not need to be extremely fit or flexible when you first start, you can gradually build up your skills, strength and flexibility.
