Alter Ego Fitness Experience now offers Kettlebell Training classes.  At present, to ensure that participants use proper form and technique, our Kettlebell classes are restricted to a maximum of 5 participants. Classes are 1 hour in duration, can be done 2 or 3 times per week and the Training Sessions for these classes are 4 weeks in duration.
