- Try a small order for your first time.
- Try plain products (no logo printing) at the begining.
- Avoid to order on sale items at the begining, unless you see the samples of them.
How to order?
- If you are interested in any style listed in the product catalogue, don't hesitate to let us know that you want to get some samples of them.
- Sign in first. Creat an account if you are a new customer.
- Shop on line (read guide here).
- You will be contacted only when necessary. Call us at once if you want to change or cancel the order within 24 hours after your payment.
- The goods along with the invoice will be shipped to your door in 3 to 5 business days.
- We will use Greyhound Express Courier, UPS or Canada Post to delivery the order or samples to your door. Free shipping when the amount (before tax) of your order is over CA$100.00, otherwise CA$15.00 will be added.
| Cancel your order: |
- Contact us immediately if you want to cancel or require any changes on your order, regardless of weekend or statutory holidays. A refund check will be issued later.
- When your order can not being filled completely, we will contact you before doing any adjustment.
- If you are not satisfied with the purchase in any reason, contact us within 7 business days after you receive the product. We offer you three options to solve the problems: goods exchange, one-time special discount or full refund.
- You are entitled a refund if you accidentally make an inaccurate purchase in ordering amount, color selection, and etc. However, round shipping cost and a handling fee of CAD $30 will be applied.
- There is no refund for logo printing order or on sale items.
