The classic model, and the one recommended for most clients, consists of 60 minute sessions. Each session includes a personalized warm-up, mobility, resistance and cardiovascular training component. Additionally, we reinforce the value of our exercise programs with ongoing wellness and nutrition coaching. The degree of which each component is applied is dependant on the clients goals. We even offer specialized personal training for our Older Adult and weight loss clients.
