As part of The Seer Resort Company’s comprehensive services to the mountain resort industry, we provide ‘start up + operations’ services such as marketing strategies, staff training, selection of rental equipment, ski and snowboard school organization, safety training, and implementation of accounting and ticketing systems.
The Seer Resort Company’s golf course start up and operations begins as construction finishes during construction at the seeding of the course, and carries thru the ‘Grand Opening’ and beyond. Seer’s personnel assume the critical grow in process and mature and maintain the turf while setting up clubhouse operations. These services include budgeting, hiring, training of the maintenance and clubhouse staff, and the overall set up of the golf course operations.
Because the Seer Resort Company has no affiliations with equipment suppliers, an unbiased bid process for the optimum provision of equipment is guaranteed.
