Planning + Architecture

Our planning at this detailed level is often used to guide engineers in the preparation of detailed site servicing drawings for grading, roads and utilities construction.

The Seer Resort Company typically works with local architects appointed by the Client through the Building Permit Application stage to ensure the initial design intent is maintained.

Marketing Programs

For over 25 years, The Seer Resort Company staff have developed and managed mountain, golf and beach resorts, and acquired the necessary experience to market real estate development projects and resort operations.

The Seer Resort Company provides consulting services to resort owners that include real estate marketing programs for the sale of development parcels to private developers, and sales programs for completed building projects such residential subdivisions and townhome complexes. The Seer Resort Company also provides marketing services that advertise the start up and initial operations of new resorts.

Construction Management

The Seer Resort Company provides mountain facilities and golf course construction management services. Mountain facilities construction management services include tasks such as ski run flagging, lift line surveying, run clearing and grading, drainage system installation, erosion control implementation, and snow making reservoir construction.

As the Client’s representative, Seer staff work closely with ski lift and snow making companies to coordinate the construction process, Our services include representing the Client in the selection of the most appropriate equipment including ski lifts, snow making systems, grooming equipment and equipment associated with year round on mountain activities such as tube parks, mountain bike parks, and alpine slides.

For over twenty-five years, Seer staff has provided construction management services to the golf course development industry. We apply our construction management experience as a cost effective tool to control the construction costs, construction quality, and meet the construction schedule to achieve the projects ultimate success. The Seer Resort Company brings in key management staff to direct and oversee the work of local contractors.

Construction management services include: strategic planning, feasibility analysis, budgeting, architect and engineer selection, design review, construction documentation, contractor solicitations, scheduling, daily jobsite coordination, project reporting, project close out and certification.

Startup + Operations

For over thirty years, key Seer personnel have continuously managed mountain resorts ranging in size from major international four season destinations, to local and regional resorts, and private ski clubs. As part of The Seer Resort Company’s comprehensive services to the mountain resort industry, we provide ‘start up + operations’ services such as marketing strategies, staff training, selection of rental equipment, ski and snowboard school organization, safety training, and implementation of accounting and ticketing systems.

The Seer Resort Company’s golf course start up and operations begins as construction finishes during construction at the seeding of the course, and carries thru the ‘Grand Opening’ and beyond. Seer’s personnel assume the critical grow in process and mature and maintain the turf while setting up clubhouse operations. These services include budgeting, hiring, training of the maintenance and clubhouse staff, and the overall set up of the golf course operations.
