Our proven Client Engagement Process follows a clearly defined pathway, and is driven by our clients.


We work together to understand your goals, objectives, assumptions and risks for the project.  We follow the principles of user-centered design, which involves usability analysis and the development of user stories and persona's.  Through this process a prioritized Feature Backlog is created and used to estimate and sketch out “sprints” and time-lines in order to paint a road map for successful project completion. Design & Develop

Working in small, well-defined teams, The Level will lead the creative,  install the content management system and configure the functionality for your web application.  After every development sprint a release of the website with all newly developed features and design is available for review enabling greater feedback into the process, ending with a website that best meets your needs and budget.

Train & Enter Content

Non-technical contributors and administrators of the content management system will be trained on all aspects of using the content management system. Because we “train by doing”, content will begin to be ported from any existing applications and new content will be entered into the site.

Test & Launch

In this final phase, we conduct a thorough test of all the features and functionality of the site. Once our client gives the green light for the site to go live, the team moves the changes from the staging/test environment to the live environment. A series of final tests ensures a successful launch.


We will be there once the site is launched by offering support plans with service level agreements and support during business hours.  For greater peace of mind, we offer premium support plans which can include access to 24x7 support from trained developers.
