Flash/Flex for websites or applications that utilize video playback/feed, secure applications, desktop applications that are cross-platform (Air), animation or

Soniccode can design your database to fit your needs, or multiple databases in some cases. We are well-versed in MySQL, PostgreSQL,
Sybase (SQL Anywhere), and SQLite. Typically, third party frameworks such as Drupal and Wordpress utilize the MySQL database. MySQL is an
open-source database system, built for the community, by the community. There are no fees to download and use MySQL.
For custom projects not using a particular framework, Soniccode has its own database toolkit to allow for rapid database development.
There are also data storage systems like Google Data for use with the development of Google Apps, Amazon's SimpleDB for scaleable
non-relational database with zero downtime, and Amazon's S3 data storage service which can be used to service almost any data storage
need (mostly used for rich data such as images, videos, etc.).
Soniccode has expertise in Unix/Linux based servers; server management can be one of the services included with your package which can keep your server
secure and up-to-date with the latest software releases.
Development servers are used for proof of concept projects, and for testing before migration to your production servers. Soniccode has CentOS Linux servers
located in Vancouver and Houston.
