Give yourself the unfair edge over the competition. Power and torque will increase once control of the engine is optimized. We'll tune the full throttle performance of your car to achieve maximum reliable power.

We tune the fuel and spark maps to achieve a fast and reliable state of tune.  On turbocharged engines, boost can be increased for significant power gains. There is no loss of fuel economy, changes only come into effect when you put the pedal to the metal!

If you've modified the engine, then you are missing out big time! Although, the engine controller can adjust, it's only to keep the engine running smoothly and prevent component damage. It wasn't optimized for power in the first place, why would it be now? We'll help you get your money's worth and squeeze out every last bit of power from those modifications.

No Placebo Here

Measurements are taken before and after tuning so you can immediately see the results. Typical results are up to 10% power increase for stock engines, more for boosted and modified engines.

Power Tuning includes:

  • Fuel Map modification
  • Spark Timing Map modification
  • Valve Timing Map modification (for models with Variable Valve Timing)
  • Boost Settings (Turbocharged only, no need for costly boost controllers)
  • Graphs for Acceleration, Horsepower and Torque, Before and After Tuning

Subaru EJ22T Hybrid Build | REVTRONIX

To continue further research and development on the EJ22T ECU, we picked up a project 1992 Legacy SS with a rod knock due to loss of pressure. The thrust bearing had also worn down so much that all the crank counterthrows had made contact with the block. Upon tear-down we discovered a munched rod bearing and badly pitted main bearings.

If you aren't sure which octane to use, follow the factory manufacturer's recommendation which you should be able to find in your Owner's Manual. Make sure you fill-up using the correct octane fuel that you want the tuning to be done for. Sometimes additional preparation is needed before tuning your vehicle.

Getting Started | REVTRONIX

If you aren't sure which octane to use, follow the factory manufacturer's recommendation which you should be able to find in your Owner's Manual. We require the use of a wideband oxygen sensor to accurately measure the engine's air to fuel ratio. We prefer that you remove the exhaust component and bring it to us for installation prior to tuning. Make sure you fill-up using the correct octane fuel that you want the tuning to be done for.
