It addresses the nutritional needs of the whole body taking into account the individual’s health history, genetic traits, detoxification and digestive health, acid/alkali balance and lifestyle requirements. From this information a report is provided complete with recommendations and an individually taylored menu plan created incorporating the raw foods which best support your body at this time.
In addition to the report, through a series of sessions we wil teach you how to incorporate them into your daily life and provide you with strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
