We then develop and implement the strategy to find the best candidate for each position.

The search process

From comprehensive research and ongoing client consultation to candidate interviews and the selection process, our partners and consultants are engaged in all aspects of each search assignment. Our thorough review of potential candidates is underscored by a solid understanding of the particular industry at hand, ensuring clients select from a highly qualified short list of applicants. Clients are kept apprised of our progress throughout the assignment to allow for any mid-project adjustments.

Concluding the search: the final details

Once the final candidates have been identified, we perform all reference checks and assist with any necessary steps to bring the search to a successful conclusion. We also make a point to follow-up with clients and candidates down the road to ensure the placement has been mutually beneficial.
