Athletic Therapy involves the assessment, rehabilitation and prevention of orthopedic and/or musculoskeletal injuries. Athletic Therapists use a variety of rehabilitative techniques to treat injuries and conditions sustained during sport, recreational activities, accidents, or occupations.

- Joint Mobilization
- Myofascial release
- Cranial Sacral techniques
- Functional normalization
- Core Strengthening and physical reconditioning
- Postural Correction
- Therapeutic Modalities
- Supportive Taping
Treatment sessions at oRa Sport Therapy are always one-on-one, and are usually 30-60 min in length. You can expect a manual and active rehabilitation approach creating an environment optimal for healing, pain management, increased mobility, re-conditioning and injury prevention.
Ergonomics is the science of designing a job, a work place or station, and/or equipment to best suit the worker. By understanding biomechanical and work related factors an optimal system can be designed to improve performance, productivity and more importantly to injuries in the workplace.
