OUR “OCEANS APART” SEARCH PROCESS

Our “Oceans Apart” search process is quite simple and straightforward - we take the entire responsibility and accountability for the result. Period. It is, for you, our customer, a “no-fuss no-muss” experience.

We do not operate with job descriptions - we do work with mandates. Our process is in-depth, thorough, hands-on and detailed. We are at our best working with decision makers, line managers and C-Suite executives.

Short lists are short. There is no “filler.” Each and every person on the list can effectively execute your assignment. We do psychometrically assess all those who make it to that list. And depending on the situation, it is not unusual for us to assess your entire current executive team as well.

We also conduct all of our work in extreme secrecy, even when there appears to be no apparent need to keep the work under “wraps,” as it were.
