For those new to exercising or those needing an extra kick, personal training provides the one-on-one attention to help you meet your goals. Sessions are 1 hour long.

$70 + hst / session
$65 + hst / session x 10

Work out with a buddy or increase the intensity by adding a little bit of friendly competition! Groups of 2 or 3 are encouraged to help motivate each other as well as provide support for attaining each individual’s goals. Sessions are 1 hour long.

$90 + hst / group of 2
$110 + hst / group of 3

For those wishing to stay active on their own, I will provide a customized program for you to follow. Whether doing weights at home or a running program outdoors, it is recommended that you participate in a minimum of 10 workout sessions with me before deciding to exercise on your own. As always, programs are tailored to your specific needs, so please inquire for more details.

Initial Health Assessment : Move Personal Training

This includes an hour long interview of getting to know your fitness history, going through a basic health screening, establishing your base line fitness, strength, & flexibility, and determining what your ultimate fitness goals are. Wear proper workout attire and bring clean and comfortable indoor shoes to change into upon reaching the gym. Do not eat approximately an hour before your session, but drink water to stay well hydrated.
