Your first appointment will generally be an initial Health Assessment. This includes an hour long interview of getting to know your fitness history, going through a basic health screening, establishing your base line fitness, strength, & flexibility, and determining what your ultimate fitness goals are. For those new to exercising, I will help educate you on the basics of being active and living a healthy lifestyle. For experienced individuals, I will give you advice for some areas of improvement.
Please complete the following forms before attending your first session. Do not eat approximately an hour before your session, but drink water to stay well hydrated. Wear proper workout attire and bring clean and comfortable indoor shoes to change into upon reaching the gym (running or cross-training shoes are most appropriate). If you own a heart rate monitor, please bring it to your workout sessions.
