LDAP Client.Net Pricing

Commercial-use pricing is determined by one of the following methods. Select one that applies to your deployment model.

  • Unlimited usage

This license allows unlimited redistribution of the LDAP Client with applications implemented by the licensee of the LDAP Client.

  • Unlimited usage with source code

This license allows for the same rights as the Unlimited usage license and in addition fully documented source code is also provided.

  • Server license model

This model is based on per-server pricing and poses no restrictions on the number of client connections (CALs). This is the most popular license for Web applications which service many users from a small number of servers.

  • Client license model (CAL)

This model is based on a cost per client.

    • If this type of license is used to deploy a desktop application then the number of client licenses is the same as the number of desktops to which the application is deployed.
    • If this license is used with a Web application, then the number of licenses is calculated as the number of concurrent connections to the Web server.

The cost per license drops as the number of licenses increases. Our customers typically use this model when deploying an application that is not Web-based or when the number of client connections on their Web application is too low to warrant a server license.

    Cost table:

Number of licenses Cost per user
    1 $ 200.00
    2..20 $ 20.00
    21..80 $ 10.00
    81+ $ 5.00
