Traditional yoga (Hatha) poses are linked with mindful breathing,
creating a dynamic and rejuvenating experience. Guiding you into and
through the postures with proper alignment and technique, you will gain
strength, flexibility and balance.
Each student in the small classes is given individual
attention to modify poses or use props when needed, while each person is
guided to work within their own ability throughout the class.
Every class finishes with 8 to 10 minutes of guided relaxation
("chivasana"), adding to your sense of calm and well-being at the end
of your session.
