This smoothie is a great energy boost to start your chilly winter day!
(You can substitute whey protein powder for ground flax or chia seeds and you can use any %100 fruit juice of your choice.)
Makes 1 Serving
1/2 of a ripe banana
3/4 cup low-fat plain organic yogurt (you can also use kefir)
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup water (add slowly until desire thickness is reached)
2 Tbsp whey protein powder
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
