Since 1996 all construction projects have been managed by our Construction Management Department acting as General Contractor on all leasehold improvements and renovations.

What are the benefits?

  1. When you are dealing with the construction manager you are also dealing directly with the Landlord. Decisions requiring the Landlord’s approval can be made immediately thereby eliminating unnecessary and untimely delays in the approval process.

  6. There are no financing charges to pass along to the client as we do not require financial support to finance the project.
