Awaiting you is a new approach to eating that focuses on eating for optimal health while allowing you to enjoy the treats you know and love.
You will learn how to eat right, and make healthful choices that support a healthy active lifestyle. Together we will assess your current eating patterns, set food goals, prepare a sample meal-plan based on your preferences, learn to deal with sabotage behavior, and much more.
The focus will be on developing healthy lifestyle habits that you will continue forever, and habits that you will pass on to your family so that they can lead healthy lives. What you will learn will change your life and the lives of your family. Taking charge and being in control of your well-being is very powerful. I will provide you with the tools to do that, however, it will be up to you to put in the effort and commit to your goals. Nutrition Coaching Session $75 (60-75 min)
