baby slings, Newborn Care, Birth doula services
Rebozos are long hand woven pieces of 100% cotton fabric which are used by both midwives and doulas to assist women during labor. As well, longer narrower versions are used by new parents for wearing & carrying their babies. Originally, a rebozo is a traditional shawl worn by Mexican women.
Now, they are used internationally by health professionals working with pregnant women and new mothers.
These rebozos are made in Laos by women weavers on lap looms. They are 100% cotton and woven in traditional Lao designs and colors. Purchasing these rebozos helps support Lao village women and improve their quality of life along with their families'.
