The TyreSense receiver is a reliable purpose-built proprietary unit that is low maintenance.  This design eliminates the risk of malware and other malicious attacks.  Long boot cycles are also eliminated.

Tyresense - System Software - Data Log Viewer

Pressure-temperature data is charted compared to your alert settings, making it quick to pinpoint problems. The data log viewer presents your tire data in charts and graphs to make it simple to pinpoint problems. The viewer generates Excel report summaries for making daily, weekly or monthly comparisons.


Tyresense - System Software - Real-Time Data

Real-time cold inflation allows for pressure adjustments to be made while viewing the updated values. Wheel positions changing from green to orange or red identifies tires in an alert condition. All TyreSense data is updated every three seconds including unit location and speed. Data is displayed in a footprint view matching your vehicle’s wheel layout.


Tyresense - System Software - Configuration Files

A configuration file can be uploaded to the TyreSense server to atomically be loaded into a unit that is offline. Configure from File allows the setting to be saved to a file or the ability to load a new setting from a file. This feature enables configuration changes to be made even when the unit is out of service. Template files can be created for settings that are the universal for multiple units.


Tyresense - System Hardware - Handheld

The Archer is supplied with the TyreSense software already installed and is the only handheld device fully supported by TyreSense. The device is modified with a Class 1 Bluetooth radio that allows wireless communication over a distance exceeding 500 meters. The TyreSense handheld is a rugged Archer field PC running on the window mobile platform. All configuration settings can be changed or modified from the handheld.


Tyresense - System Hardware - Cab Display

Optional in cab display allows the driver to view tire pressure-temperature values. Driver can see how different operating conditions affect tire pressure-temperature. Alert notification to the driver can be disabled or enabled. Display Unit has both visual and audible alert notification.


Tyresense - System Hardware - Sensors

The TyreSense hardware has been designed to be simple to install, easy to program, flexible to network, and provide years of reliable service. This rapid change in pressure triggers ‘burst mode’ in the sensor to transmit data more often as compared to normal operation. Each TyreSense sensor will check the tire pressure and temperature every 3 seconds. Two part sensor design allow used sensors to be reinstalled in a replacement tire.


Tyresense - System Software - Sensor Buddy

The updated sensor changes are automatically applied to the unit as soon as it goes into service after the tire changes are completed. Sensor Buddy is a hardware software tool developed by TyreSense to keep your TyreSense systems updated and working perfectly. It allows the tire service personnel to update tire sensor changes or tire rotations with a very simple user interface.
