Mysfit Fitness was borne out of a need to provide women an alternative fitness option. MOST are not comfy heading into the gym to lift weights in a traditional style. My philosophies about fitness are more concerned with day to day “functional” fitness. FUN, Functional fitness!! In daily life, we don’t sit and mimic any range of motion repetitively like a dumb bell curl. However, how often are we bending over to pick up and lug 10 bags of groceries into the house? Fitness should not be a one size fits all, cookie cutter approach.
