Join MIJO Sport's team of instructors for their take on 'bootcamp'. Called FITcamp (Fitness Is Training Camp), classes are a blend of cardio, strength, stability, core and flexibility training. Classes are outdoors and are appropriate for all fitness levels (beginner to advanced).
Classes are Tuesday & Thursday evenings 6-7pm and Saturdays 8:30-9:30am. Class location changes to a different beautiful outdoor space each day and is posted on our website.
Sessions are 8 weeks in length and you can choose to attend 2 classes per week, or 3 classes per week. Visit our website or email us today for class rates.
