Rate: $68 per hour:
- on-site support (1 hour minimum on-site fee)
- email, phone, and remote support are billed in 15-minute increments
- no travel fee Gibsons to Halfmoon Bay; research time may apply
- flat rate, regardless of Windows, Mac, Server, or Mobile device
- no maintenance contracts to sign, we offer on-call service for your business
- web design and maintenance

We are prompt and professional and deliver meaningful solutions. We come to you. This means that you do not need to disconnect your computer equipment and bring it into a repair shop. We assess and troubleshoot the problem in the actual environment where the computer is having the problem.

We work closely with our customers to ensure that the final web site design and layout follows their expressed criteria and that the broad viewing audience will find the site pleasing and easy to use.
As of 2011, we no longer offer one-on-one training. All teaching is now performed through Capilano University.
