Product Registration: To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must be registered with SEAMAX within 30 days when purchased other than Seamax registered dealers. When you receive our product, make sure the boat is good, you should complete the Inflatable Boat Registration Card and immediately submit it to Seamax Canada via E-mail, or FAX. Upon processing the warranty registration, SEAMAX will send registration verification by email.

Transfer Your Boat: Seamax limited warranty is transferable to a subsequent purchaser for the remainder of the unused portion of the warranty. This will not apply to products used for commercial applications. To transfer the warranty to the subsequent owner, send us the new owner Boat registration Card and a copy of the bill of sale or purchase agreement.

Warranty Conditions: When transfer your boat, new buyer to summit the SEAMAX Inflatable Boat Registration Card is the only valid warranty registration identification. Warranty Claims will not be accepted without presentation of this registration card. The customer must provide reasonable access to the product for warranty service by delivering the product for inspection to SEAMAX or a dealer authorized to service the purchaser’s product. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing a defective part, or at our discretion, refunding the purchase price or replacing such part or parts as shall be necessary to remedy any malfunction resulting from defects in material or workmanship as covered by this warranty.

RMA: Once you have trouble, you can give us the detail of your problem or defeat, better to come with pictures. We will issue you an RMA number, when considering the problem is under warranty covered and have to return. We have different kind of services for your warranty coverage: (1) we mail you the parts directly and you can replace it or fix it yourself. (2) You mail us your defeated parts and we will fix or replace for you. (3) You have to mail us the boat, we will fix or replace for you. (4) We will issue a replace for any warranty waiting period is more than 45 days, but it may take longer time if we are out of stock of the replace item.

Return: Customer will pay all shipping fee and insurance for the return item, we can help you to create your shipment under our discounted rate. For a Damage On Delivery item, you need to report within 30 days, we will pay for 80% of 2 way ground shipping fee if the item has to be returned. After this period, customer will pay his two way shipping fee for any return item. Please first contact us when you want to range a return shipment.
