until the subject chooses to stop. The heart rate data plotted against workload helps us advise optimum training.
Body Composition Test
This is a test that approximates the percentage of fat in your body. The tester uses skinfold calipers to measure several skinfold sites, derives

A one hour session in which a trainer video tapes you while you run on a treadmill and outdoors. The trainer analyzes your gait for visible
imbalances and flaws then suggests means of correction. Cost: $60
