THE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION©, is a comprehensive, standardized procedure during which participant’s managerial potential and career development needs are identified. The aim is to evaluate specific management skills and, where necessary, to determine the training and development needs required to facilitate the participant’s transition into the next level of management.

Candidates participate in a series of individual and group exercises, which are simulations of real life management situations. Each candidate’s behavior is noted by a team of trained observers who rate the participant’s performance relative to the standards expected of a manager at their level or the next level up. The candidate and the observers together draw up a personal development plan specifying the participant’s training or development needs.
