Q: How long is a typical session?
Our initial session is 80 minutes in length, then all follow-up sessions are 50 minutes long, unless otherwise requested. Some clients prefer 80 minute follow-up sessions, which can be accommodated when requested.
Q: How often would I see you?
Typically I work with individuals on a weekly basis to start, depending on their needs. Then after a while, we may decrease this to once every 2 or 3 weeks. This depends on the issues the client wishes to address.

Yes, I work with anyone above the age of 13. When I first began my counselling career, I specialized in working with youth aged 16-19 years old. However, over time, I broadened my scope and generally now work with adults struggling with changing patterns of behaviour.
I do offer psycho-educational and therapeutic group sessions on various topics including Addictions, Self-Esteem Building, Developing Healthy Relationships, Quitting Smoking Support Groups, and various other topics.
