Q:  How do you handle upgrades?

A:  Upgrades are issued once a year.  If we receive more than 3 requests from clients, it becomes a requested enhancement.  Prior to release of the upgrade, we ask all of our clients for their wish list. We combine new technology with the enhancement suggestions and roll it into the next version. Upgrades are free of charge as they are covered by the annual maintenance fee.

Q:  What if regulations or our safety requirements change?

A:  Upgrades will ensure your system is in keeping with technological advances, regulation or requirement changes, and will contain enhancement requests from clients for new features or functions.  Upgrades are free of charge as they are part of the annual maintenance fee provision.

Q:  I bought a stand-alone and due to growth, I now need a network version or web based product?

Q:  What if I get a new computer or network server?

Q:  Do I need an IT or computer person to install?

A:   is downloaded and takes about 20 minutes to install. Many stand-alone  or laptop installations are done by the client with our assistance. Most that have network servers either have in-house IT departments or outsource network experts. Either way we are always available to assist or perform the installation completely. Installation(s) is included with your purchase and part of the annual maintenance fee provision.  does not require an IT or computer person.

Q:  How long does it take to learn your safety management software?

Q:  Do I need to hire someone or spend a lot of my time to enter all the data or get set up?

A:  Absolutely not. We deliver your software pre loaded with your data, which we will obtain from a variety of sources, such as payroll, spreadsheets and word documents, or we have a template we can provide you. When you receive or it is already set up for your use. Set Up and Population are included with your purchase.
