Services we offer:
Travel Consent Letters
Only the parent or parents who are not travelling need to sign the Consent Letter. The parent(s) must have valid photo ID with them when they come in to sign.
We charge $60.00 to complete a travel consent letter for you.
If you complete and submit our online version below, the fee is $40.00 to edit the consent letter and take your signature.
If you bring in a completed letter, our standard notarization fee of $25.00 will apply.
For a “simple” document(s) or certified copies, our fees are $25.00 for the first signature and $5.00 for each signature after that. For all other fees, please call or e-mail our office for a quote.
Notarization of Oil/Gas Lease documents are $15.00 each.
If you need a “simple” document notarized or need certified copies, we have drop-in times: Monday & Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. and Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
If you have more than a “simple” document to be notarized or for any other office visit, please call or e-mail for an appointment so we can ensure that the notary is available for you.
If you are not certain whether your document would be considered a “simple” document, please call our office to clarify.
Oil/Gas Lease documents are not considered a "simple" document as they require both a staff member and the notary and are generally done in triplicate, so do require more time. Please call to arrange an appointment if you have Oil/Gas Lease documents to be signed.
We make both house and hospital calls, however these generally need to be booked a few days in advance and there is a fee for this service. If a hospital visit is requested, please note that we will want to speak with your doctor before attending at the hospital, depending on the circumstances. Please call for details.
