FVT designs, engineers and builds drive motors for custom EV applications with a focus on high voltage, high amperage DCBL and AC induction motors. Motor designs are scalable from small output to 50kw or more and are water or air cooled. Custom voltages and winding configurations are available for automotive, marine, light aviation, military and recreational applications.
FVT’s multi-platform traction inverter operates over a wide range of power levels and input voltages. Compatible with multiple types of AC and brushless motors, it will drive most high output electric motors on the market. FVT designs, engineers and builds matching inverters for our custom drive motors. FVT high-performance traction inverters convert high- voltage DC power into multi-phase AC power required to drive three-phase induction or permanent magnet electric machines. Our water cooled inverters use the latest chipsets, are CANbus capable and have high capacity.
