One-on-One Personal Training

In order to create the most personalized fitness plan for your body, a minimum of a 60 minute assessment at the cost of 70 dollars is always conducted prior to starting any personalized fitness program. 

One-on-One  Specialty  Training

80 per session

Option: 105 for a 90 minute session, per session

In order to create the most personalized fitness plan for your body, a minimum of a 60 minute assessment is always conducted prior to starting any personalized fitness program. 

A 90 Minute Session for a Full Fitness & Postural Assessment is recommended for a more in depth initial assessment & set-up. 

Active Rehabilitation / ICBC / Post Rehabilitation

80 per session + reporting fees

Initial Assessment (90 minutes +) is required before partaking in an active rehabilitation program.  

Partner - Tandem Training - 25% OFF per person

Specialty Personal Training: 60 a session per person

Small Group Training (Specialty Trainer)

Vancouver Location & In-Home Personal Training Sessions

To train at a Vancouver location or have Ashley / Body by Design Team come to you for In-home training is available for all the above training packages.  Additional travelling fees are applicable.
