WinFin is Vadim's cost effective choice for smaller municipalities, based out of St. Albert, Alberta. All modules feature reporting functionality and are fully integrated with one another. The ability to purchase modules as you need them allows for customization based on your needs and provides flexibility.
WinFin is designed as a group of eight modules, fully integrated with each other, and include excellent reporting features. In addition to the "canned" reports readily available in each module, you can custom design your own reports. Each module is licensed separately so that you can obtain only those you require.
All data is online and appears instantly in your General Ledger, providing you with up-to-date information at all times. Centralized name and address files are utilized. All WinFin modules interact with the centralized file enabling cross module continuity and data integrity.
Implementation & Training Services
Training on our software is mandatory and is available through our Training Center or can be provided at your office. The Training Center is structured to accommodate up to eight individuals. Personal computers are provided for 'hands-on' education with complete network and resource sharing. This classroom environment is extremely effective for maximizing the educational benefits for each staff member. Alternatively, training can be provided at your office, provided you have appropriate facilities and equipment.
