SPORT PERFORMANCE PROGRAM DESIGN "Good is the enemy of Great."'

We offer customized training programs based on the specific demands of your sport while addressing your own limiting factors.

Whether you need to train for speed, agility, strength, power, and/or flexibility in order to ensure you maximize your performance and

reduce the risk of injury, we've got it covered.  Sports that we have successfully trained athletes for, among others, are:  Hockey,

Football, Baseball, Basketball, Golf, Tennis, Soccer and Swimming.

Your first month includes: 1hr performance testing and musculoskeletal assessment , 1hr monthly coaching session, fully

olympic lifting platforms.

SPORT PERFROMANCE INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISED TRAINING

Working with one of our coaches on a weekly basis will ensure you are maximizing your time and getting the results you're seeking.

We are now offering three new group fitness classes. FREE for all members! Non-members $10 drop in fee.

1. PERFORMANCE YOGA

Focusing mainly on the hips, the series of postures will create more flexibility and mobility through the entire hip ranges. Healthy hips

are the key to successful athletic performance and injury prevention for all. This class is suited for all ability levels.

Tuesdays: 7-8pm

Thursdays: 4-5pm

2. MORE THAN CORE

Those how really know, know that there is more to back health and the "core" than just crunches and sit-ups. Let our kinesiologists

guide you through a class that will address all of the underlying problems associated with back injuries and leaving you feeling ready

to tackle any physical challenge!

Mondays: 12-1pm

Thursdays: 9:30-10:30am

3. TRAINCAMP

Experience what it's like to "train". This class will implement the systems that we use to train the best athletes in the world, all for you!

No yelling instructors, no burpees until you puke; only leading edge, scientific based training that will get you real results!

Tuesdays: 9-10am

Wednesdays: 9-10am

Fridays: 5-6:30pm
