Business Internet Service | DSL

ADSL internet connections use frequencies beyond human hearing to transmit data across a conventional phone line. Our ADSL connections are fully managed, with dedicated connection speeds. Bonded options provide up to 24 Mbps of download and 4 Mbps of upload. Even our smallest connections offer up to a full 1 Mbps of upload speed, with no port blocking or traffic shaping.

Real Benefits
Save Money – ADSL internet connections are the least expensive way to provide internet gateway access to your business. With low capital costs, you have the freedom to upgrade your connection when required.
Reliable Speed – ADSL is the most reliable public internet connection available. Unlike cable connections, which provide best effort speeds from a pool of bandwidth, ADSL provides dedicated speeds even at peak times.

iTel Advantages
National Coverage – Our Business Internet Services are available nationwide, letting you deal with a single provider across all of your locations.
Fully Managed Connections – iTel has a highly skilled, professional team working behind the scenes. We proactively monitor your services from a dedicated Network Operation Centre staffed with trained and certified technicians.
No Port-Blocking or Traffic-Shaping – iTel gives you full access to your connection. Even on our smallest connections the default ports for mail exchange and web services are unblocked. We do not shape certain types of traffic, allowing you to assign QoS as you see fit.

Optional Features
Network Redundancy – Using a Cisco 881secK9 router, iTel can add a cable or 3G connection for greater speed and redundancy.
Voice Services – Managed ADSL is a good choice for bringing voice services into a business that needs less than 23 channels.

Standard Pricing & Availability

Maximum Speed (may vary depending on location) Monthly Rate Traffic Allowance
6.0 Mbps Down – 2.0 Mbps Up ( 2 circuits ) $150 200 GB

12.0 Mbps Down – 2.0 Mbps Up ( 2 circuits ) $199 300 GB
12.0 Mbps Down – 4.0 Mbps Up ( 4 circuits ) $275 300 GB
18.0 Mbps Down – 3.0 Mbps Up ( 3 circuits ) $298 300 GB
24.0 Mbps Down – 4.0 Mbps Up ( 4 circuits ) $398 300 GB

Service includes ADSL modems, data traffic up to the limits listed above and static IP’s. Higher bandwidth commits are available if required. Installation typically takes 8-10 days. Please note that bonding multiple ADSL circuits requires the use of a Cisco 881secK9 router which is $650 including programming.

Bonded ADSL circuits require one RJ11 wall jack per circuit for ADSL modem connections. The above pricing is for regular ADSL connections piggybacked on an existing analog phone, fax or data line. For naked (dry loop) ADSL circuits only, there is an additional $10.00 per month per circuit copper line tariff and a one time $75.00 activation fee per circuit; these fees do not apply to ADSL circuits attached to analog lines, only to naked (dry loop) circuits. Naked ADSL circuits do not require any service from another Telco such as Telus.

There is a minimum 3 month start-up term, after that it is a month-to-month basis. We do not require long term contracts.
