Our signature product, the "gourmet cookie", began in a small store at English Bay in Vancouver, BC. Since 1984 we have expanded the gourmet cookie category from cookie dough to baked cookies and dry mixes. English Bay cookies continue to win awards, with over 15 varieties made with the finest ingredients. Awards include the American Tasting Institutes Award of Excellence and Best of Show for 5 consecutive years. English Bay is unmistakable in quality, consistency and convenience.
We are HACCP approved in all our plants as well as Kosher certified. We test bake every batch so that you are assured a superior cookie every time.
Our dough can be frozen for up to 1 year and refrigerated for 90 -135 days, depending on the variety/packaging. We have frozen baked cookies (just thaw and serve), shelf stable baked for vending and dry mixes as well.
All products provide excellent profit margin.
