Each yoga class focuses on the technical and energetic alignment of the individual postures while guiding you toward the experience of being centred and grounded in your body. Our classes together will foster the reflective and receptive side of your nature so you may open to the full experience of yourself in the present moment.
Yin Yoga - Yin is a quiet practice that provides an opportunity to slow down and deeply connect to your body and spirit. The practice consists of mainly long-held floor postures to stimulate energy movement and circulation within the connective tissue in and around joints. You’ll experience a deep physical release while cultivating calmness and relaxation. Mindfulness and breathing techniques are woven into the class. You will leave feeling centered, stretched out and revitalized. Yin Yoga is a recommended practice for athletes. All levels
Yin Core Yoga - Perfect for active people who want to include the challenge of flow style yoga mixed with the benefit of Yin-style deep stretching. You’ll enjoy a moderate-paced flow of core strengthening postures and long-held floor postures for increasing mobility, circulation and core awareness. This class is revitalizing for the mind/body while targeting major areas of weakness and tightness in the torso, hips, legs and spine. Some experience with yoga.
