Most importantly we are a self service provider. What does this mean? We offer our own warranty with 100% in-house labor. This means we do motherboard level repairs on all products we sell which abide by our standard warranty. That includes laptops. We handle all support and RMA for our customized products. We do 100% self service with attention to detail second to none and super quick turnaround for repairs which abide by our own dealer warranty. We will always cover round trip shipping for parts that need to be replaced under warranty.

Though we started out very small, over the last 10 years our business has grown. This was only made possible by a loyal following of customers who appreciate our strategy. We value our customers especially those who value our efforts.

Compromise. It costs money in business. A customer should not have to pay for something that was not part of the original sale. If that means losing money on a sale but leaving your customer satisfied then the seller must do what it takes. Buyers should not have to choose between good prices and quality tangible product. Both should fit into the same box. We take pride in what we do. The little things that don't count matter for us, the difference are that we offer an alternative to the norm. A good partnership that lasts involves people working for the greater good of the partnership and not just the individual partner.

We have a very open and clearly visible return policy. Many of our products qualify for no restocking fee.
