Youth & Seniors-Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of BC

In 2008, the Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of BC, in seeking to preserve culture and traditions, created the Inter-Generational Cultural Transfer New Horizons Project with sponsorship from the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors initiative. We encourage the continuing active participation of Youth in our community events, and urge parents of Caribbean heritage to encourage their children to become active in our programs.


Scholarships-Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of BC

The Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of BC offers two types of scholarships annually: Post Secondary Scholarships and Music Scholarships. Cecil Ash Memorial Scholarship:Awarded to a graduating student of Trinidad & Tobago heritageGavin Nathan Servai. The Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of BC sponsors an annual Scholarship Essay Competition. 2011 application deadline was June 20.
