I will spend time with you going through your kitchen sorting through the fridge and cupboards. Revamping the quality of the foods you eat on a daily basis. As we talk I will give you some tips on healthy alternatives and easy substitutions.

Grocery Store Shopping Tour (1 hour)

Individualized or family/group guided tours of a local grocery store… this will provide you with information on label reading and buying tips so you can make the best choices.

Following a food sensitivity diet? I can show you alternatives to these highly sensitive foods.

Field Assessment | Peak Centre Vancouver

Cost will depend on the nature and numbers of the tests performed, the number of players assessed and any travel and/or facility rental costs. Peak Centre Vancouver’s sport scientists are able to conduct sport-specific field testing for individuals and/or teams. Body composition – Seven different skinfold sites are taken in order to interpret body composition. Education (speakers for seminars can be provided on request.
