Cost: $110.00 (Includes BC Athletic membership)
* option to run in BC Junior Development x-country races *

ROCK RUNNERS FOR ADULTS! *beginners – superstars welcome!

Trail running, intervals & running drills to improve your running!
Thursdays: 5:30 p.m. –6:30 p.m.

Bowen Island Rock Runners is a registered club with BC Athletics.

Bowen Island Rock Runners is a not-for-profit group that is dedicated to providing
positive and age appropriate multi-movement running, jumping and throwing
opportunities for all ages and abilities from child to adult that will maximize their
physical abilities development and promote a life long participation in sport
activities. Lisa Brougham is the Bowen Island Rock Runners Program
Director/Head Coach and is a Nationally Certified Middle Distance Coach/
Nationally Certified Course Conductor for several sports and loves running the
trails on Bowen Island with friends, family, and dogs!

Sam could only run about 10 paces, needed assistance getting into the car, and had difficulty swallowing when blood work confirmed the diagnosis. It is a disease where the immune system attacks blood vessels throughout the body, causing inflammation in the skin and muscles. Long drawn out race with many stops and perhaps a turn-around in the meadow. 1/3 of children with JDMS died and 1/3 were left severely handicapped.
