Our free-run, cage-free chickens are raised on a local farm in Nanaimo, BC on Vancouver Island. Raised in cage-free barns our hens are given space to move, flap their wings, dust bathe and nest -- all the things that happy hens like to do. In addition to their freedom our hens are given a specially formulated diet that has been enriched with naturally-derived DHA Omega-3, flaxseed and organic selenium.
